EMMA PERRY
PHOTOGRAPHY
Emma is a Melbourne based photographic artist. Her work is fun-loving, candid, and sometimes experimental in a genre that generally favours realism. A big chunk of her work centres on still lives, signage, and landscapes. Many of her shots are devoid of people, though almost always their presence is felt through the human-made objects they've left behind
Emma has been a finalist in some of Australia's largest Photography awards and exhibitions including The Moran Prize, Head On Photography Festival and The Olive Cotton Award amongst others. Emma has exhibited widely with her Landscape and Portraiture work, and has had her work shown at the International Centre for Photography in New York, the Photographic Centre Northwest in Seattle, and the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne. In 2021 she won the Landscape category in the Australian Photography Awards.
